Design Terms of Use
HAii2U Global Rules
- You are allowed to change the design's name, gender, outfit, etc. to your liking after acquisition.
- This includes changing a fan OC into a fandomless character or vice versa.
- Designs can be resold for buying price or more only if extra art has been added.
- Do not delete the design* or immediately resell / retrade it after acquisition.
- Setting the character's visibility to private or authorization only is allowed.
- If you're unable to connect with the design for any reason, please feel free to trade it back to HellsCellar.
- The accounts "HAii2U" and "HellsCellar" are ran by the same person, but please credit HAii2U on Toyhou.se when posting the character to external websites if design credit is prompted.
* - Violating this term will result in a block and private blacklisting, as well as the character being relisted for sale.
