I always love reading your characters' descriptions--not only they have amazing designs but they also have very interesting personalities and unique backstories to go with them! And you put so much effort into to her profile, not only it looks amazing but also every information is very easy to find!
I'll start from her design-- I love it. It's simple, has a beautiful color palette and matches her backstory and personality very well. Also, her hair color is just so pretty!!!
Secondlyy her personality is so well desribed and well developed! I adore that I can see good and bad effect of every personality trait she has, how it affects what she likes and dislikes and her interactions with other characters, because of how you desribed her!
I also love her backstory, it's so interesting and unique!
Aislyn is such an interesting character and I'd love to know even more about her!

First I really like how you flesh out your characters: their personality and how they interact in their universe is realistic in a way that they have pretty unique traits while having traits you could easily find IRL.

The fact that she's extremely competitive and determined to success is a strong quality: she wouldn't give up on her tasks or challenges. In the meantime this could be her main default: jumping into lose-lose situations because of how spontaneous she is, and this is definitely a great way to deal with this kind of traits while making a character. You really put a lot of effort into her.

Her design, while being rather simple works very well: not overloaded, not plain, just the small details that make her stand out. I love her fiery red hair too.
