Who said you can't make an army with just two people? It's for a greater good; it doesn't matter how many people there are.

An energetic ghost police officer who has normal human police duties, and very strict morals. Even though she wants to be a good person, following the law so much can have negative effects on people, and she very often fails to realize this.

     Appearance 

In her human form, she's white, with a round nose and big turquoise-greenish eyes. Her hair is bright cyan and is shaved at both sides, leaving hair only at the top and at the back of her head, which she pulls back and ties up in a ponytail. She usually is wearing a police uniform.

In her ghost form, she has pointy ears, her eyes look a little less human. Her ponytail, rather than hair, becomes blue mist that never runs out but is constantly fading, almost like fire.

She can easily dissolve into mist and disappear.

     Personality 

She's a very enthusiastic, energetic, stubborn and persistent person. Once she has an idea of something, it's really hard to make her change her mind. She has strong morals and principles and gets really nervous whenever she goes against them- which is rare to begin with. Her opinion of people also depends on if people generally go along with her morals or not.

She wants to be a good person and do the right thing, however, so she'll always be around those who she thinks might need it. It doesn't mean her sense of justice is the most perfect one. In fact, she often hurts people without realizing it, and also becomes annoying to others without realizing it either. She's aware that she's not perfect, but that doesn't make her stop working for a better world, in her eyes.

Justice aside, she's driven by excitement and very often takes dares too seriously. She's very competitive.

     Powers/Skills 

In a practical way, it's almost impossible to hit her in battle. As an ethereal being, her corporeal form is very faint and she can manipulate that at her will. She's a little stronger than average, but what's really fierce of her is her accuracy when fighting, and her speed. She can appear and reappear within the area when fighting, confusing her opponents.

She can manipulate cold mist and also can freeze things, but it takes her a while. With practice and dedication, she can generate ice and attack with it. Her body temperature is much, much colder than that of a normal ghost (which is already cold).

Like every other ghost, she's able to phase through things, levitate, and do spooky things in general.

• If there was ever the case that she ever bled, her blood wouldn't be liquid; it'd be mist.
• Her excitement controls her body temperature, but if she's feeling negative emotions, her temperature will drop even more.
• Is upset because she has been a police officer for years and yet she hasn't remembered anything valuable about her past life.
• Isn't against dresses, but is too attached to the police uniform to wear anything that doesn't resemble it.
• Has a lot of links with most of the cast because she's on their legal tracks most of the time. She can be an antagonist sometimes.
• Her human name was Mistie.
