Albert is the so called "Sheriff" of Sacramento.

A daring, courageous man, Albert likes going head in. Usually, any idea seems like a good one for him, he says he'd "make it work eventually." Determination runs in his veins. However, do not mistake him for just a directionless moron. He does what he does for honor and the greater good of the city, no matter how well it would work. He has a sort of southern politeness to him, respecting his peers greatly, especially his fiancé, who he loves dearly.

With that being said, there is one thing he often can't bring himself to do;

Shoot the gun-

He isn't so keen on pulling the trigger on a living being, rather his gun is used for intimidation and for sport. He'll only shoot if his or someone else's life is in immediate danger...

Background:

Born in Houston, Texas in 1965, his family was decently off. He seemingly had enough money to have access to western films, which interested him as a kid. This grew to adulthood, when he signed up to serve the police force in Houston, where he'd had to have been in many dangerous situations, however one in particular turned is world upside down-

Albert ended up in a bank robbery case, masked people with bags of money and everything. However, things clearly got out of hand; the robbers had started announcing they had bombs capable of dissipating the entire neighborhood for years to come. Albert was in a standoff and eventually, after almost all the squad had been shot, had to go with his instinct to shoot 2 of his 3 bullets. He ended up greatly injuring the bank teller who had leaped in front of him (and failing), apparently this was a stretched out family issue between the teller and one of the thief, and the teller thought that eventually he could make things right with him. The robber was also fatally wounded behind him. The death count was in the 20's

The tears in the teller's eyes shocked everyone at the bank, and filled Albert with so much guilt he ran away into Galveston, where he fell into a somewhat-deep depression. Wondering why an idiot like home, who would do such a move, was the last one standing. Eventually, through therapy, while not feeling well, he decided that he was going to continue forward and do what he thinks is right (at that time, go back to Houston and at least get his belongings). Lord knows that he wont be pulling triggers any longer though. Anything can would and WILL be a better option than the trigger...

 Fortunately, he wasn't charged, but he felt he was to make a move to Sacramento, where he felt it was in his duty to give it a second try upon first seeing the city (Lets just say Houston was NOTHING). While there, he eventually met Alice, who was knee deep in "divorcing" her lover, the don of the city mafia. She helped him rise out of his rut, with how kind she was, and eventually, they had fallen in love by the end of the legal fiesta that was the collapse of the Advocates. Albert soon even proposed to her, as of now they are currently waiting to get married...

Fun Facts:

-In case you didn't get the memo, he is a Himbo. Didn't want to say that outright but yeah no escaping this. Just not a gunned himbo

-The bullets were never replaced, and the 3rd was to be used to shoot himself before he gave it a thought

-Just so we're clear, there is no position in either city for a legit sheriff, he just finds the title neat

-Anytime he looks at a criminal, he cant help but think of their family, and if they could be redeemed. In a sense, he believes he was redeemed himself.

-His dad was a cactus

-If there is one man he hates, it's the one who lied to his lover; Metranome.

-He's transparent about the situation to Alice, actually, she's the one person he feels comfortable discussing this with.
