| Magic Squared: During the dawn of time there was a vast nothingness inhabited by powerful beings. Those beings created worlds and destroyed them just as quickly. They warred and loved and eventually died. In time their remains petrified and fractured. From this powder life and magic emerged. The universe is so heavily inundated with magic that it’s about as notable as air. Mages are a dime a dozen. Magical artifacts are considered school supplies for kids. Time and space can be pretty unpredictable but for the inhabitance of this universe it’s just how things are. |

| Alto projects an air of mystery and whimsy but don’t be fooled. This browbird is quick to anger. Thankfully instead of attacking he prefers to fling passive aggressive insults. He reserves the sweeter side of his personality for the items he pedals and the carefully selected buyers that he feels with live up to the legacy of the item. Alto can be rather dreamy and it has a lot to do with the fact that he doubts that he’ll ever be able to adventure beyond his secluded shop let alone do anything important with himself. He is not confident in his ability to adventure. Too proud to ask anyone for help, he feigns disinterest in leaving his shop when confronted. He uses his profession to ease the wanderlust he feels. While not a skilled fighter, Alto has lots of worthless pottery lying around his shop to throw at others if they try to scam him. He has impeccable aim. |
