REFERENCING

• Generally, I'm alright with people referencing my work but only on the condition that they also allow other users to reference their work. It would be unfair to reference my work and then refuse to let anyone else reference yours, so just be mindful of this.
• What does this rule apply to? colourpicking, character design concepts, moderate referencing.
• Inspiration on the other hand is completely fine regardless of who you are, this includes pose inspo, general colour inspo, being lightly inspired by clothing or a hairstyle etc (just not blatant copying or actual colourpicking)

RESALES

• Once you own one of my designs, they are yours to own and sell, you can sell them as you please as it indirectly benefits me by raising the worth of my designs B)
• Regifting, once again, always allowed and very kind on your behalf, just be sure to check my blacklisted users (currently nobody) when gifting
• Trading my designs is fine!

REDESIGNING

• I generally tolerate redesigns as the character now belongs to you as long as they are still recognisable as my design, if you wish to make huge changes to a design please contact me and we can discuss if it would be better to credit them as your own design due to major changes made.
• Major changes basically just entail the character not resembling their original appearance whatsoever

CONTENT

• You can draw my designs in any ways which your like as they are your character as long as you pertain to toyhouse's guidelines. There are however a few very important exceptions to this rule including: Racist, lgbtqphobic, or otherwise derogatory and criminal hate content, or offensive sexual content.
• drawing my designs with slurs which you cannot reclaim, or hate symbols will result in immediate blacklisting
• drawing my designs with themes of terrorism or non-consensual acts of intimacy (vent art excluded) will result in immediate blacklisting.
