"Where's your sense of adventure?"
An unusual Chimoraan oracle who sees the future mostly for self-gain or personal satisfaction. He holds no true allegiance to anyone besides himself, though he is known to make unusual bargains and deals. He will honor his promises despite his mostly underhanded and manipulative nature, but otherwise has no sense of honor or care for other's sensitivities. No one is exactly sure why he acts this way. He often gives conflicting or different answers each time someone asks.
Though his demeanor may seem rather distant, his tone is often eerily polite and he enjoys attending many social gatherings, especially of those of people who belong to a higher status, regardless of invitation. He may be seen on the sidelines, observing others, though he cannot see them. He has a bad habit of appearing out of nowhere or when others least expect it.
Azazel's egg was found in an partially collapsed tunnel by his adoptive parents. When he hatched, they discovered he had four eyes, which they thought was rather unusual. Over the next decade his eyesight degraded, leaving him blind. It wasn't long after this that his abilities as an oracle developed, though this isn't that uncommon among Chimoraa. His adoptive parents have confirmed that this story is true. No one is sure what happened to Azazel's birth parents or who they were.

Usually seen as suspicious or trouble, Azazel is a somewhat enigmatic and cynical Chimoraa who seems to enjoy a bit of chaos.
Azazel is observant of other's words and is talented at memorizing information; many find this to be a bit unsettling. He never forgets or repays someone for their kindnesses, but likewise never forgives someone if they slight him or the things he care about. His mannerisms often come across as calm, though somewhat eeriely so. Generally, he is seen as hard to read; no one is quite sure when to know if Azazel is properly angry with them, as he does not tend to change his mannerisms towards others even when outraged. Asking him questions tends to be hit-or-miss too, as he often answers vaguely. Supposedly, he just enjoys keeping people guessing. He has little respect or care for authority and listens to none except his own, only aligning with groups or other people when he feels he can get the most out of it.
Azazel carries some great embitterment both due to his inferiority complex and vast arrogance that consumes him. He desires to be seen as someone special and worth others' time and attention, but cannot surrender his mysterious image since he believes it is the only unique thing about him. Because of this, he pushes others away when or if they try to get close to preserve his own ego and self image. Deep down, this leaves him a lonely and empty person. Despite his many terrible qualities, there may be makings of a better person beneath them.
Early Life
Azazel does not know where he comes from. He knows the stories that his mothers tell, and the whispers of rumors around Ynochrin, but he does not know the truth. Perhaps no one does.
Found in a partially collapsed tunnel by his two mothers when he was still an egg, they decided to take it and hoped that its true parents would eventually show up. This, however, never happened. Many questions surfaced as to why anyone would be taking something as delicate as an egg into a potentially dangerous tunnel that was not often traveled. Were they tired of Ynochrin and want to escape with the egg; were they just misguided fools; perhaps they believed that the egg was cursed? More questions arose when Azazel hatched ; A chimoraa with four eyes! Mutations weren't unheard of, but it seemed like a somewhat unusual sign. Nevertheless, his adoptive mothers loved him.
Adolescence
Azazel was a troublesome and difficult Chimoraa during his youth. During this period, he frequently pulled "pranks" that sometimes resulted in injury, though most were little more than mild annoyances. Despite being a public meance, he gathered a small following of other children who seemed to enjoy his antics. Fingers were pointed to his mothers for not keeping his behavior in check, though they assured everyone that they would make sure Azazel was brought up properly.
However, unbeknownst to most, Azazel was terrified. His vision, which had never been good, even by Chimoraan standards, was declining rapidly. In truth, he feared that he would be alone in the dark. In his mind, the only way to stave off that loneliness and terror was to become someone amazing.
Azazel's declining vision coincided with the emergence of his visions of futures yet to pass. These visions would always incapacitate him - first, he would get a sudden headache and terrible ringing in his ears, then finally, he experienced a blinding flash accompanied by a cacophany of sights, thoughts, and sounds. They made little sense to him at first, but over time, he began to understand and experience clarity where his physical vision became lacking. However, terror gripped him after these visions occurred. He could not control them and others simply thought it was another act to get attention. How long would it be before he got himself hurt chasing another dream?
Adulthood
Over time, Azazel's childhood 'friends' went on with their seperate walks of life and his existence became known as little more than the troublemaker who never quite grew up. Azazel continued with his 'games', now acting as a mysterious 'oracle' and selling his unusual set of skills to those interested in their fates. However, a rumor spread that he could not see the future at all! He shows up at parties and makes cryptic statements in hopes that people will pay attention to him, but his poor reputation means that few will give him the time of day.
Hopeful that he possesses a purpose and place in others' hearts, he wishes to escape the 'mundane life' of Ynochrin and go on a grand, soul-searching adventure - though admittedly, he is not sure what that would entail, and worse, his haughty attitude leaves a bit to be desired in a travel companion. Much to his chagrin, he continues to live with his mothers, who he feels coddle him and are too restrictive of his personal freedom.

The divine element is the rarest and includes spiritual and clairvoyant abilities. It is an element that serves as the opposite to the tangible ash element, encompassing will, fate, luck, and soul.
FYSA: Materia - Space
Space is a part of the Materia Aspect of the Divine Fysa.
This is an active fysa. A user can distort space, making it feel larger or smaller than it really is for a distance of 10 meters (11 yards). They can distort space so much as to almost seem like they are teleporting, pinching the distance between point A and B so they can cross it in a single step (again, a distance of 10 meters or 11 yards). They can't forcefully relocate someone else, but can change the distance that person moves if they step in any direction.
It is unsafe to use this magic without a source of Esse.
FYSA: Psyche - Omniscience
Omniscience is a part of the Psyche Aspect of the Divine Fysa.
This can be either an active or passive fysa. The user can see the past or future, and has many forms depending on the individual-- the future can be discerned from dreams, the stars, read from omens, or determined through cards, colors, leaves, bones, charms... the list goes on. Divination tends to be uncertain, and serve as possible futures rather than the one and only true future.
Those with this ability also have an uncanny sense of time.

A durable field replier. They use this to communicate with people long distance. He was given this after Ynochrin was opened up to outsiders. It has a screen reader so he is able to effectively communicate with it.

While blindness is not uncommon among Chimoraa, Aza still uses a staff to help him navigate over unfamiliar terrian. He feels more comfortable with it on his person.

Trivia
- Has four eyes! Though his fur typically obscures them.
- Went blind sometime in his teen years due to a degenerative condition. He can still see changes in light and movement if it obscures a light source. He is prone to grabbing people by the shoulder or arm for guidance.
- His favorite foods are mushrooms and cave fish.
- Although he is an oracle-for-hire, his visions are typically pretty random. He usually has to be in contact with an object or possession with a particularly strong memory or emotion attached to it. Even then, there are no guarantees that he will see useful information or anything at all. Sometimes contact with certain objects will briefly induce a trance-like state, which could be potentially quite debilitating especially in dangerous areas or situations.
- As an oracle, he says that his 'visions' are the will of the Gods. This is doubtful, but who can say for sure?
- Of his many backstories, the one he likes to tell the most is that he traded his external sight for insight (divination).
