Radar

Radar is originally from the second branch of the Starshooter Pendlehurst family.  He was exiled as a very young child because he "didn't fit the form".  With no where else to go, he came to Hong Bao City after wandering the continent.  He was accepted into the Blood Moon Sect and has lived within the walls of the school for much of his life thereafter.  He deeply regrets the fact that he was born a Starshooter, even going so far as to try and remove his tail plates when he was a teenager.  

Soft spoken yet extremely book smart, Radar knows everything there is to know about the stars, the moons and their movements.  He spends most of his time up in the observatory tower inside the Sect's inner walls, rarely coming down to interact with other members of the clan.  Interestingly enough, the only clan members he seems to regularly speak to are Master Yu (his caretaker and teacher), Fang Li (on the occasion he returns) and Quinn Whitmore, a more recent student who has joined from the city at the foot of the mountain.
