 RIGHTS ON MY DESIGNS 
IF you own a CHOWLING originally designed by me, PLEASE credit the"Frankiiie" instead, same for any design/art prior to 2018

Any design changes are allowed as long as you do not claim the design as your own.
do not "split" designs. that means, don't create alternate version of the design with the intention of selling/ trading the other one 
do not resell for more than purchased unless additional commissioned art.
Commercial use are allowed upon direct purchase from me. but asking first is appreciated. NOTE - this does not apply to CS character or collab adopts
if you received the design from someone else than me in trade or resell. please ask me for commercial use.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
I cannot and will not enforce banning people from owning my designs.
however, i'd ask any friends or fans of "Lionmushr//ms" to avoid interacting with me.
I can refuse to sell/trade with anyone is breaking my rules or I am uncomfortable with them.
A block is a block, dont try to bypass it.

that being said, i had enough of some users and i decided to put up a public blacklist only with people that id REALLY prefer they did not try top get more design from me and advise others to avoid them as well !
please do not attack any user on this list

- whatever their name is, they keep changing - general discomfort, private reasons
- dogsville / Ponsuke / Gone4milk / Retrodogs_ & Paiisly (by association)- bought design to redesign them into copy of my character, twice and attempted more.
- Kirbyherpaderpy - made copy of an adopt they got from me and sold the original
