Syndra is the Goddess of War, Blood, and Rebirth. Titles she is known by are the Crimson Death, and the Sanguine Queen.

Before becoming a goddess, Syndra was a queen who had an obsession with blood, starting from the moment she killed another by complete accident. She became completely consumed by a need for blood, to drink it, to bathe in it. She loved blood too much... and drowned in it one fateful day, reborn a goddess after death.

Syndra is a high elf with extremely pale white skin and blood red eyes. Her hair is jet black, perfectly straight, and comes just past her shoulders. She wears a red armored dress.

• Her residence is an Obsidian Ziggurat of Blood that floats in the sky.
• Her holy symbol is a dagger with a single drop of blood.
• Her followers consist of, but are not limited to: field medics, plague doctors, murderers, and vampires.
• She has a cult that is devoted to her.
