Kaede is an astrologer and currently is roommates with Yuu.
He is passionate about astrology and mysterious phenomenons, and has an easy going personnality, being sweet and talkative !
However Kaede has important memory issues, his memories faltering because of the cycle of celestial bodies. Thanks to his knowledge in astrology, he can predict when he will have memory loss and how important it will be, thus he prepares a lot of notes about the people around him, and his activities, to try to have a life as normal as possible. Even though he prepares as much as he can, it is quite troublesome and difficult for him and the people around him, thus in order to not hurt people much because of this issue, he tries to not get too close to others.
Before living with Yuu, Kaede was roommates with Bianca, but her airhead personnality.... Didn't really work with his memory loss issues and he had trouble picking up with a correct lifestyle ! He was then introduced to Yuu thanks to his friends Naru, Tao and Suzari. Yuu's calm and organised behaviour quickly grew onto Kaede, really helping him, day by day.

Boyfriend
After living with Yuu for quite some time, Kaede developed feelings for his roommate. Even though it was mutual, Yuu kept refusing him for quite a while, doubting Kaede's romantic feelings, but he finally gave in after some time thanks to Kaede insisting so much and proving his feelings despite his faltering memories.
