Skooter is a catlike creature with no visible legs. He moves as if he have no bones, or like a balloon full of water. He makes cat noises in a hollow voice, much to the dismay of humans who happen to walk by him at night. Skooter is a bringer of chaos, often causing humans trouble and stealing food from them. It lives in an abandoned shack on the outskirts of a small town with Yellow the static wolf. Yellow thinks Skooter is their pup, Skooter let's her think so since she's nice and bring him food. It is believed that Skooter came about when a cat, or what remained of a dead cat, was altered or absorbed by energy or a being from the rift. This is not confirmed, but humans don't think they can confirm these things.
