currently revamping his design/ref!

Nelly is one of my oldest OCs out of the ones I have in my collection right now. I designed him back in 2013, and he still looks exactly the same as he did back then.  

Nelly is a blind human/dragon shapeshifter who expresses himself through sound and music in particular. He's a very supportive person and has a huge heart for making sure people feel included and loved. If you look sad, he will pull you aside, bake you pecan pie, and shower you in encouragement

He has also struggled with depression for years and does his best to smile through it and keep his mind off of it. He will hit low points often where this becomes difficult or impossible for him though. His best friend, Tent, is always there for him when this happens and is one of his strongest sources of support that has kept him going all these years. 

His best friend is and always will be Tent, and has been for the past like 6 years, so if you draw them together I might cry and hug you for three hours ;;
