📝DESIGN AND ART TOS * You are allowed to edit any of my art that you have obtained, a heads up would be good but not required * You are not allowed to sell a character that has no extra art for more than you got them, if there is no price or you forgot you can ask me or refer to the prices below * chibi design 60usd * Fullbody design 100usd * You are allowed to change my design into a closed species character(also allows to void if they were designed as one) * Do not use my art for hate speech or harmful subjects * You are not allowed to use my art and designs for commercial use, please ask, there is a fee

📝Commission TOS * I work after I get paid unless you are a friend or regular customer * I am allowed to refuse the commission for any reason * My turn around time is not consistent so please be aware of that, I don’t work well with deadlines(unless discussed before hand) * That being said I won’t take longer than 5 months * I want you to love the design/art please please let me know if you want edits I am not a mind reader. * I work well with images AND description so please have that ready when commissioning me for a design(i.e Pinterest board and filled out form) * For art commissions please link a high resolution reference with clear notes(written on or with the image) about any key details, I will try my best but it is helpful for both of us * There is fees for overly complex designs
