While you're a talented wielder of your aspect power, and probably have a natural affinity for making use of it, your aspect takes its toll on you. It costs something, to be this fucking badass, and the heights of aspect power and with it, responsibility, can have devastating consequences. Lurzai and Adonis started out as just acquaintances by proxy from Abdiel. He's fairly quiet and laid back, so he never really talked much to Lurzai. Anytime he'd see Lurzai, he'd just kind of give him a passive nod, a subtle "sup." if you will. Sometime after Lurzai and Meifra started working out their issues, and Abdiel somewhat stepped out of the picture, Adonis started hanging around them more. Eventually over time, Adonis had smoothly wormed his way into Lurzai's life.
