Always a smile on her face, no matter the time and place. Haruko is a jolly youngster and her energy never seems to end! She carries a youthful warmth and positivity to everything within her reach. She can be childish and oblivious to a fault, but her charisma and compassion sways Celestials around her. Often, they get caught in Haruko's own world. No one has successfully contained her fountain of energy except for her caretaker.
But surely there must be something behind them, right? Perhaps it's just to put a lie on everyone's sight? Nope. They're sincerely, truthfully, always happy. They have rejected any kinds of negativity to the point where they are unable to process sorrow and grief. And when they have to empathise with such emotions, they feel numb and confused. Perhaps the only thing they lean towards the negative feeling is upsetting people. But it's only a fleeting feeling. They don't hide it nor do they plan to. As a result, they might come off as apathetic or even insensitive.
Still, they value the happiness of others more than anything. And she would do many things for someone to feel joyous. Haruko is always on the lookout on what makes people happy without harming others happiness. She even has a talent for finding others strength and using it for good. Even if she is unable to empathise, she wants to share her feelings of joy towards everyone in the universe. In the end, she's a well intentioned teen.
Story
Like most stars, Haruko was born in a stellar nursery and lived there until she was fostered by a moon celestial, Tsukio Amamiya, who she refers to Dad later on. They were charmed by Haruko's bright nature and were reminded of an old friend.
Life has been more interesting since the day she lived with Dad, and Tsukio thinks the same. He was a very gentle moon! Very kind, very sweet. Perhaps he's the only one who doesn't mind Haruko's energy. Infact, he's the only one who could handle Haruko successfully. Tsukio even helped her find passion and teaches her to understand emotions.
Haruko's daily live is filled with her having fun and being a little troublemaker. She likes venturing around neighbourhood and dragging others into her own little world. Most of the time, Dad takes responsibility of her mess, but he's fine with it. Haruko repays him by bringing him happy memories and activities. Her chaotic life is better than her old days in the nursery at least.
Currently, she's finding a way on making more people smile, as well as helping her dad with his everyday chore

Wears colorful clothes. She likes them best but doesn't really care abt fashion.
Likes to clip crochets she makes onto her sun rays, She also likes to give it to others as a sign of affection.
Is actually pretty smart but prefers to be blissful because thinking can exhaust her.
Despite her lack of dislike towards bad things, she still has a strong sense of moral and sticks to it. She understands what's wrong or right (but doesn't have any strong opinions towards it.) So Haruko doesn't have negative feelings about harmful stuff like murder. But would understand why it's bad and will discourage it at all cost.
Wants to become a magical girl that protects people's smile :D
