Eliza's been a major character planned for the Magical girls universe for a while She plays a vital role in the second arc...

But I won't exactly tell you what, obviously! I haven't even written anything for the first arc...

She bears a strong resemblance to the magical girl only known as 'The Swan', which is why the girls have an interest in her, but things clearly won't go easily.

> Very little is known about Eliza, and her last name seems to be fake. Considering she is the CEO of a large multinational, she does have reasons to hide herself.
> The blanket on her legs is actually reinforced Kevlar. Won't stop magic, but definitely resists bullets.
> There is in fact a strong connection between her and 'The Swan'- Eliza herself says she was her grandmother.
> Eliza is, despite her never coming in contact with magic prior to the magical girls, seeped in magical energy- supposedly the reason for her disability.
