Sly Thief of the Stars

Legend tells that Felis was born as a star in the sky who, one day, fell to the Earth and was taken in by a family of black-footed cats living in the outskirts of Murad. She grew alongside them, forgetting where she came from in exchange for family. They probably had a feeling she'd grow up to be quite the mischievous little thing. She just can't help but swipe things that don't belong to her! She's well known by law enforcement for all her petty theft cases and "does her best to resist the urge to steal". Her scarf is an extension of her magic and can do many different neat tricks!
