Biography

Avitus is a dissenter among seraphim; a fallen angel that has been turned and twisted so far from their previous holy (and stuffy) position of power. They still hold righteous fury and are a fierce warrior-- only now, they fight solely for their own pleasure, which is much more in line with their demonic whims.

Now that they're considered a fallen angel by the holy army (and actively being hunted down), they're pretty open with their hedonistic proclivities. Like the path of many other fallen angels before them, changing their appearance to seem more humanoid in vanity was just the start of a selfish tirade against others who would deny them an unavoidable bloodlust.

Personality

Though they are easy to amuse, Avitus is also easy to anger-- a very hot-headed creature. He enjoys playing with his prey as much as he enjoys eviscerating them. His immense power can bore him when it leaves little competition, and he often seeks out other fallen seraphim to keep himself keen.

His sharp smile speaks volumes on how he views his life and those around him. His lawless immortality leaves him excited by the prospects of what destruction he can crop up.
Because he's not very good at disguising himself long-term for the mortal realm (compared to other fallen angels), he finds most of his forays end in bloodshed and sees fit to keep personal 'streaks' going, treating others downfalls as a joyful game, taking out his petty vengeance on mortals around him... Though they are rarely aware that such creatures as Avitus can even exist, much less defend themselves against him.

Trivia

- Their facial markings and inverted sclera are due to demonic overturn
- Their other limbs can detach rather than decay, much like their head. But since no wings are attached to his other limbs, they're stuck until Avitus finds them
- Can have wings on their back (up to 3 pairs, like the ones on their head), but more often than not they're wingless for 'ease of access'
