Commercial Use:

For significant commercial use (like mass production of products or company-related use), please get in touch with us beforehand.

• If you intend any commercial use of the original artwork created by us, please contact us beforehand.
• General commercial use for personal use of the design is permitted, such as branding, in stories or small merchandise. Credit is Necessary.
• For any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Ownership & Usage/Credit:

Once adopted, you can freely alter the design and artwork! Just remember to credit the original art when making alterations.

• Once payment for a design is completed, it fully belongs to you. We won't revoke what rightfully belongs to you.
• Please ensure to give proper credit, especially if you upload the artwork or design publicly. You can credit us as "plushpon" and link back to any of our social media. Toyhouse and Kofi are preferred.

 Ownership Conditions

• Until the full payment has been made and sent, you may not trade or sell the design.
• You gain ownership of the design only after we receive the full payment as agreed upon during the exchange.
• Upon payment fulfillment, the design and art officially become yours. 
• Ownership is not reliant on a Toyhouse transfer; it's for your convenience, not for official ownership.

Trading & Reselling:

You may resell a design received through trade without a direct purchase under specific circumstances, provided you contact us first. In cases of emergency, you are permitted to sell the design for whatever amount possible. Please get in touch, and we can work together to arrange an appropriate solution.

Adding Value

• You're allowed to increase the value of a design if you've commissioned or created quality art for it. Reach out to us if you're unsure.

Vouchers

• If you've traded your character for our design and purchased that character for a certain value, you may value our design at that price only if you bought the character yourself.
