Beetle is a cat with a short-stature; however, he is on the bulkier side, with broader shoulders and an overall thicker build. Even though he's fluffy, he doesn't take very good care of his fur, so it's rather raggedy. He has shades of various browns going across his back. His underside and tail tip are lighter than the rest of him. He has two specific scar placements: one on his cheek and two on his back leg. His eyes are jungle green and his nose/paw pads/ear insides are all an orangey color.

Beetle is an earnest cat who has a big heart, but suffers from low self-esteem and an even lower self-worth. Because of this, he is easily manipulatable, though he is aware of this. But even then, he does little to correct it and lets people just push him around, not saying no to people even when he knows something is wrong. He doesn't believe that he is very trustworthy nor that he has the capibility to make important decisions, and rather he just simply pretends to be an idiot so no one entrusts him with something he doesn't think he should have. He often tries to show others he isn't smart enough to be imporant, pretending to be scatterbrained and just a happy idiot. He generally represses his true emotions in exchange for a phlegmatic and seemingly laid back personality. His nature is rather self-sacrificing, and he acts recklessly without much care for his life or the consequences of his actions; rather, he seems to just float on the breeze and take life as it comes, even at the cost of his or others' lives.
