Prior to the consciousness transfer [???] was optimistic. Nothing else really comes to mind with that era of her life.
She can be both impulsive and cold at the same time. Being controlled by a broken OS and lingering hollowness leads to her being unpredictable. However, in work she detaches everything she believes in and does what is necessary. Part of her likes to think she hurts from it. On the other hand she really knows she technically can't feel biological emotion, thus "no hurt occurs". Intelligent and flexible at the expense of who she was, every task is done as quickly and as painlessly as can be.
Lacking the self regulation to distinguish enemies from friends, she holds everyone to little regard. Inconsistent, yet skilled. Even with all of this, she is passionate in obtaining knowledge which benefits her, hence her learned ability in history and city politics.
She is a mostly-feminine androgynous bionic humanoid. Her skin is pure white matte thermoplastic and she possesses ball-jointed anatomy. Her face has cybernetic indentations and her sclera are normally black. These can change to seemingly normal eyes for disguise. The hair she has is wavy and parts to the left. Canonically, she has no reproductive organs. Her internal self-regulation processes mirror biological functions, but are more durable and difficult to break. Outfit-wise, her wardrobe consists of corporate wear and military-inspired designs.
Overall she presents herself as calm and collected, despite being otherwise mentally. She tries to minimize her ball-joints when in public or on duty.

The Enclave (Alley)
[ business & combat ]The Enclave is an alley where shady dealings and materials are traded for various resources. It is disputed territory, though the regulars of this place are used to sudden conflict occurring. Insiders are accustomed to fleeing or defending from the fights which happen semi-often, none of which are of significant scale. Accalia offers a wide array of requested services here.
Clients can come from every sphere of the city, from upstanding officials questioning their morals to those who have lost their humanity long ago. Factionless, yet efficient; Accalia is regarded as a mostly respectful yet intimidating figure in the market.
The Suite
[ base of operations ]The Suite is comprised of testing grounds for tech upgrades and Accalia's personal repair station machine. Modification and refinement of her technology is a must with flexible work requirements. This place is masked information-wise, hidden in plain sight deep in the urban landscape. Due to constantly being nearly-destroyed or losing major limbs, she invests heavily on spare parts, fuel, and repair costs.
It is very difficult to sabotage this area, as no one is truly permitted to enter aside from her. A majority of its vital locations are underground in the building basement.
Born into a lower class family of 7, [???] was the youngest of her family. Pressured with the feeling of being useless and adding to the living costs of her parents, she grew up wishing to always help others. Despite being raised in a kind and loving home, those anxieties never faded away, not until an event which would change her forever. As a young adult who never finished schooling in a home which only grew poorer by the day, something had to be done. Eying a call for body and organ donors for the sake of immortality research in exchange for generous amounts of money, [???] took the opportunity and signed off her biological form to the company. She was promised compensation, and so she filed all of the necessary forms and credited the amount to her family. What was seemingly a worthy sacrifice would soon go downhill.
Waking up groggy in a fully white room, she came to her senses and now observed her new form. Artificial, disorienting, and strange was an underestimation of how it felt. Her memories had been partially wiped, with no memory of her old life whatsoever, just that she had something she had to do. As this was the first successful full-body consciousness transfer within the company, she was named "A-003." The two initial experiments led to the death and machine failure after the biomechanical transfer. Now that A-003 had proven to be a worthy subject, she had to survive the multiple physical and mental endurance tests which she would soon be subjected to.
After sustaining copious amounts of damage and post-repair, she slowly broke down as a "person" and almost resigned herself to her fate. However, an attempt to infiltrate the company by their competitors gave A-003 ample time to escape. Trying to get out was not easy, as she also discovered her ability to turn into a cybermonster after nearing complete mental and physical destruction. She had finally escaped into the outskirts of the rural areas around the company base. Her first true interaction with someone would be a woman who clothed her and hid her amongst the residential area.

After ages of trying to understand all she endured a year after the escape, she stops caring. Humanity is secondary to trying to get by and make it to the top of the game. Unfeeling yet volatile, she becomes skilled at hired crime with her abilities.
Having not yet honed her transforming ability, she slowly grew unstable after not utilizing her beast form after a while. Outnumbered on one mission tasked of her, she is forced into that form and also pushes herself to master it. Nearly being destroyed several times, Accalia grows desensitized to the chance of not making it to tomorrow. Managing to kill the head of her former experimenters while on duty, she dons his uniform as a reminder of what they turned her into. She eventually sees her former family while in public, yet recognizes nothing, as to her, they disappear in a single glimpse.
Two years pass by. Accalia is now a formidable individual who serves all who pay the right price. She uses a mix of her adept combat skills and monster form to accomplish her goals. She trusts and is loyal to no one, even targeting her prior clients if their enemies spend higher. As of today, she is skilled at what she does, and strongly establishes her self-affiliation. With no one to hurt her on the inside, everything and nothing is in her control at the same time.
