the Nebelung kingdom is an old one, theorized to be even older than the current largest (ragdoll) by at least a few decades. though they have been mostly secretive and small in numbers due to the fact that their kingdom is presumed to run on stolen goods.
they don't even have a traditional kingdom setup (the only true castle they have is very small) so no one really knows why they are still allowed in cross-kingdom meetings at this point. but they seem to not be too troublesome other than the usual black market dealings.
