Castello Isaiah is a holy man who discovered a new passion in life after being introduced to DIO and is willing to do anything for him.
Before the advent of meeting DIO in person, he was a Catholic who believed that he had lost his desire to live after several years of no inspiration left inside of him. Just as he was about to throw himself off a boat after sailing far away from the shore of Naples, he received a "vision" which was a phone call from a man calling himself "DIO". After meeting him and discovering how intricate his beliefs were, Isaiah was a changed man. He became more optimistic in life, seeing everything through a new point of view whilst promising the vampire lord a portrait of him made with only the finest materials.
He would then proceed to murder his own wife for the specific color of red he needed.
Isaiah is also an infamous perfectionist among his peers, wanting everything he does to be exactly as it should. He's strict and over-bearing, he easily has panic attacks when something goes wrong in his life. He is described as a contradictory man with his desires and overall personality. He's currently grooming a mentally ill young man into embracing his heritage as DIO.

When it "evolves" from Isaiah using the stand arrow on himself, it becomes Glass Animals - Other Side of Paradise - with the ability to transcend reality and the very concept of "anything".
