Personality: 

Halim is a very serious person. He doesn't like joking or goofing around, he prefers that people get straight to the point of why there are here and why they are speaking to him. He gets his jobs done quickly and efficiently, and not that he is a wanderer he preffers that he gets recognition for his discoveries rather than any sort of reward. He gets lost in his reasearch and study some days and others he can be restless, wandering about and looking for an answer to one of his problems. (more to be added here later)

History: 

For most of his young adult life, Halim had been a willing soldier of the Starshooter military. He joined as soon as he was able and was swift and efficent in delivering his justice. One of his squadmates, Ryan (subject to change), and him had an intense rivalry withing their squadron. They constantly competed for their squad leaders attention and respect, and cut no corners in earning it. Throught hat rivalry, however, they formed a great friendship, and whereever they were stationed they were often seen with each other and having a good time with one another as friends. At times it felt like they were more than that, but nothing ever really became of the small feelings of romance they felt for one another.

During one hard mission later on, there came a point where Halim was under attack from enemy forces. The situation as it was, Ryan assumed that Halim was not going to make it and left him to die to save the rest of their troop. Halim was injured greatly, his tailplates shattered from the conflict, but he was still left alive. He never forgot that Ryan had left him for dead in the middle of what was most certainly death. After that incident, Halim cut all ties from the military and Ryan, and left to persue his intrest in astonomy.

Currently, he wanders the desert and marks down and records teh stars, as well as conducting reseach on their movements. He is currently working to develop a more high-powered telescope to look at more distant stars, and to study the moons of Jo'Arca more in depth.

Description:

His bodfy is a soft brown color with a tan belly. The same tan color is shown on some stripes on his fingers and neck, as well as some of his face. His hair is white, and the same white color appeares in several other diamond patterns over his body. A distinct pattern covers his shoulders, hands, thighs, feet, and ears, as well as the upper half of his tail. His tailplates are shattered, and the gems on the tip of his tail are rough and unshaped.

He has a very crisp and clear way of speaking. Uses swears when he is upset, but tends to be very consise and to the point.

A soft coat of fur covers his entire body. His tailplates are shattered and broken but the gems in his ears remain intact and uncut.

Mental: 

Has PTSD from his time in the military, and developed claustrophobia from having to live in tight quarters while in there. (Haven't figured out what triggers his PTSD exactly yet)

Halim is okay aside form his shattered tailplates. He has several scars all over his body but nothing serious.

Halim is a quick observer and has a nack for predicting the moves of his enemies, only ebcause he studied combat styles of the various other races. This does not mean he can automatically know what someone is about to do, it just emans that he can make a pretty good guess about it though.

Strengths

Can make key decisions on a dime and knows combat well. Is an expert at organization in a small controlled space, not suited for directing an army though.

Weakness

Can get overwhelmed if there is too much going on at once. He needs space, and a lot of it, preffering to isolate himself from the world rather than having to be forced to pelase other peopleor trigger his PTSD.
