Appearance

Tetsuya is a tall man, roughly 6'8, and weighing an estimated 90-95 kilos. He is well-built, with wide shoulders and strong arms. His hair is long, going down to reach his shoulders and spikes up at the sides naturally, and has begun greying at the topmost roots. His shoes are size 12 and he is known to be a man with light footsteps. He has mid-level facial hair/stubble grazing his jawline, and has long eyelashes. His eyes are dark brown, but appear almost maroon under the right lighting. He has a crooked smile, and unusally sharp teeth, though this appears to be naturally formed and not the product of cosmetic surgery.

Personality

Despite his less than savoury habits, Tetsuya is a relatively pleasant person to be around. He owns a book store downtown and is known to be a friendly and charming individual, but can be a little hotheaded, especially around teens and young adults. He has access to public records and can therefore figure out who he can get to and who he can't. He has a good read on people and can usually tell if a person will be home alone or not, though he has made mistakes before. He tends to stalk his victims for a few weeks leading up to their death, which will happen inside their own home every time. When in the house, which usually is around sunset, but sometimes happens at sunrise, Tetsuya will find an item in the house and use it as a weapon, but will never use the same type of weapon twice in a row. If he used a knife on his last kill, he will use a pan or another item in the house, but not a knife. He leaves no trace, except the body and the weapon he used. He has been known to use brute force and his bare hands to commit his murders as well. He doesn't strangle his victims, they are either stabbed or killed via BABFT (BIG ASS BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA).

On rare occasions, Tetsuya's victims have been able to put up a fight or have fled, a couple have even called the police, but Tetsuya always manages to find a way back to them. Whether it be a week, a month or even a year later. Essentially, if he's targeted someone, if he wants to get at them, he will, it will happen, one way or another, and unless his target dies before he can get his hands on them, they will always fall prey to him once he has them on his radar.

Other

Unlike a large number of serial killers, thankfully, Tetsuya does not violate his victims, nor their corpses, and seems to kill purely for the thrill of being in control of another's life. He, again, unlike many serial killers, is not a narcissist either, and knows just one wrong move will land him either in prison for life or will see him executed. So he is extremely cautious. He has yet to meet anyone who catches his interest for anything other than a victim, and so has remained solitary for most his life.

Despite being one himself, Tetsuya likely wouldn't have the foggiest idea if he ever ran into another killer. He knows to be successful that you have to be extremely careful, so there's not a doubt in his mind that he's come across at least one other killer like himself and hasn't realised it. Maybe a person coming to browse the shakespearean section, maybe his cleaner, who knows. He's glad there's an unspoken line not to cross into other killer's "territories", otherwise he'd have to be dealing with a lot of pesky small-timers trying to make a name for themselves. Having already gotten on the radar of a few watchlists, and the public having even given him not one, but two monikas, Tetsuya knows without a doubt that others know that the tri-state is his hunting grounds.
