• urban legend monster cop
• gore, scary, monstrous art very welcome
• there is a bullet wound in his head, usually hidden by his hair. he is covered in blood and bruises
• you can draw him pre-monster form though I don't have a ref for that yet
• he is somewhat amorphous - he can fade into shadow, break apart into blood and flesh and eyes, but he usually mostly keeps his human form.
• feel free to change around the placement and amount of eyes, blood, flesh, damage. no need to copy the ref on this
• eyes tend to appear in his hair
• the less in control of himself he is, the more monstrous he appears
• he has lost his humanity. he can't connect with people (no friendship, no romance) nor feel many emotions. what he can feel (despair, fury, megalomania) is highly amplified and difficult to control
• he cannot look entirely human. at his very best, he looks dead

HANDS AND EYES OF THE POLICE
^{We must remedy wicked deeds with justice.}

nao shiina, having been missing now for several years...

was once known as a rising star detective with strong charisma, a handsome, youthful face, and a great skill at solving cases...

...though in reality he was a reckless, ambitious, attention-seeking grandstander who trampled over others carelessly while taking credit for their work.

the soured relationships between himself and those in his department led to his death.

his life ended on a regular work day when he took on what he thought was a small criminal case.

against protocol, he went out on his own... and ended up way over his head, running directly into a major gang operation.

he radioed for help but he was laughed at and dismissed before he was caught, beaten, and killed with a gunshot to his head

now his anger has transformed him into a mononoke, an onryō, a vengeful spirit, seeking ultimately to avenge itself against both the people in his department and those who ended his life

but memories fade... will he come to enjoy his new infamy as a monster and forget his original goal?

there is a policeman that will appear, and he'll say one thing, and ask you one question...

hearts... so, let’s say this to criminals:

crimes if that’s what’s on your mind. No matter what you try to do, we
are always watching you. We know exactly what you are up to. So,
show us what you can do.”
