hello! it is i, the milk doggo!

an assistant to a milk man, probably, or someone who just likes getting milk every morning and found it cute to dress up their winged doggo with a milk cap. maybe he does errands for other people while he's bored or his owner is at work? or is this doggo independent ?? i have no idea.
