Personality

Kiara has a love for all kinds of animals! She could tell you many fun facts about almost any animal you ask! From fluffy dogs to scaly critters, she loves them all. She's patient, and is good at handling new animals that come in, and loves seeing their progess. She also like trying to teach them some tricks before they find their forever home. Kiara grew up around animals, and is more nurturing toward them than other people. When she's not at the sanctuary, she loves hanging out with her friends and family.

Kiara is someone who's indecisive, and can take awhile before she decides on something. She hardly buys things on impulse because of this. She had a bad habit of jumping to conclusions without hearing the full story, especially if it's something animal related, causing her to need to apologize after the full story has been told.

Appearance

Kiara is tall at 5'8ft and has an hourglass shape. She's chubby with a C cup. She has long, thick hair that's always in pigtails, and often times she still has some hair let loose to fall in the back. She's often seen in warm reds and oranges, and a brown bandana.

Backstory

Kiara's always been around animals ever since she was young. Her parents, Akira and Pete, run a no kill animal sanctuary in Unity City, and she enjoyed helping out with small tasks after school. Even more so, she loved learning about all the different kinds of animals! Because the shelter homed all kinds of different animals, from dogs, to mice, to snakes, and even wild animals to save them from a cruel fate, she got to hang around all kinds of different animals, and learn about them all! Kiara would hang around the animals more often than her parents or twin sister, Azalea, though Kiara never got along well with her.

She loved the animals jokes and puns she heard from her parents and people coming to adopt, and loved telling these jokes to her friends. When she was a young teen, Kiara was talking to the animals, and found out that she would understand what they were saying! She found out her magic was animal whispering, and was soon helping out the sanctuary even more! She helped release wildlife back into the wild by telling them they'd do just fine, and would wish adopted pets a happy and healthy life at their new home.

Kiara always had a hard time getting along with her older sister. She and Azalea didn't have a lot in common. She'd spend her time at home or the sanctuary, while Azalea was often times out of the house, and didn't visit the sanctaury a lot. She hated the fact that AZ would pretend to be her, and she'd have to clear up any confusion after. Kiara did enjoy the few moments the two of them could get along.

During high school, Kiara made a group of good friends that she still talks to today, and one of those friends was named Ari. They started hanging out and eventually Kiara wanted to show him and her friends the animal sanctuary. While there, Kiara introduced her friends to her parents, and she was shocked when it looked like Pete and Ari knew each other. Pete explained to her that Ari is his son, and that Kiara and Ari were half siblings. Kiara was pretty happy with the news, and she was glad she had another sibling she got along with! The two keep in contact and still hang out every so often.

After graduating high school, Kiara started working at the sanctuary. She got even more attached the all of the animals there, and made herself a promise. She was going to try and find each animal a forever home. During one of the days she was helping the wildlife, a fennec fox was lost and wondering around the reserve. Kiara noticed his back leg was injured and took him inside to fix him up. His leg wasn't about to be saved, but she got attached to the little guy and named him Miles. Kiara decided to keep him, and took him home with her. Miles can always be seen with Kiara while she's working at the shelter, and has been trained to helped around a little.

Present Day

Kiara is still helping out at the animal sanctuary.
