Aura

Aura grew up in her homeland of Caeli Regia alongside her brother Nai, Father and Mother. Unlike Nai who was very tidy and very respectful while socializing, she was more of a clumsy and wreck making princess. She was very direct with people when introducing herself, such as pointing out how "messy and funny" someone's hair looked, making them embarrased and running away but that's a whole other story. She was a tornado wherever she passed. Breaking vases would have been one of her specialities. Still is. At a young age, she realized she could create roses out of thin air in any season she liked. One day, one of the maids was looking for her in the garden, and when Aura hid she dropped one of the roses. The maid had eyebags, red puffy eyes, and the ring that was once in her left hand, was gone, leaving a red circle marking around her finger. Aura saw how the maid almost stepped on the rose, and as she looked down and picked it up, the maid's face gleamed. Her eyebags dissapeared instantly and her face looked refreshed. Her tears started pouring down as she put the rose in her pocket and called for Aura once again. When they were walking back into the palace, Aura could sense a different energy coming out from her. A more determined one. A week later, she found out the maid had tripled her working pace, and that made her gain enough money to buy a new house, and she looked dashing. When Aura confronted her about her change of appearance, the maid just said "I just felt like moving on. My tears won't fix anything. They can mourn, and express joy, but they can't fix." And she said all this, while holding Aura's dried, but still beautiful rose in her hand. 

Aura figured her powers could help people to mend their hearts. Not always they can help, nor they can fix a black evil one, but a mourning and sad one can be fixed. The roses do not fix it, the person does. The flowers act like a ray of light and helps them move on, just by the smell. These roses don't possess thorns, as Aura hates them. When Nai married the two young men that Aura so much approved of, she realized how lonely she felt. She wondered if it could happen to her. But then she thought of her roses. If she gets her heart broken, what would happen with her roses? Who will help her? As she read onto the old books in her library, she found out one of her ancestors had her same power, but his heart got broken. If Aura faces the same destiny, her roses will become just thorny vines, her hair will become pitch black, her smile and gleam will be gone, and if someone touches one of her thorns, that person will become corrupted, and sadness and loneliness will consume them little by little until they put an end to it all. Afraid of this happening, she missed several balls her parents put up, and most of her time she spent it with her nephews. Her best friend Keith, is a charming angel who protects her and smiles with no fear at her. She realized that she found charming how he took care of her roses, and how fun it was to binge Disney movies with him, and she just realized that most of her roses bloomed whenever she was with him. And he felt that too. She loved him and knew that he won't ever pierce thorns into her heart.
