Willow

 Willow had been born in a mage-type commune, where other Kitsune are cultivated into honing their powers as early as possible. Because of this upbringing, Willow is assured in his capabilities, never doubting being able to help others who need it at any given moment, all done with a soft smile, never overtaking in the gratefulness and gifts given to him. 

Within the commune was a great psychic disturbance in what seemed to be worldwide-- though Willow himself was not privy to this 'call', he was willing to be the only magus to leave the commune and give this warning to other species that the Kitsune feared or refused to understand, knowing that the greater good was to spare every being from wide-scale destruction by way of a frightening, unknown source.

The downside to going on his trek was learning (quite quickly) that the world he lives in can be very cruel, and very hard to survive in. There are many times he has felt so painfully alone, beginning to doubt the truth behind the message he was told to spread... But his quiet perseverance keeps him going, hoping he can right the worlds wrongs by being a messenger... And maybe a little of his own seeming imperfections at not having been an adept psychic, unable to feel this disturbance whatsoever.

• Willow's main magic skills, like all Kitsune, are psychic-focused: telekinesis, mind-damage, and illusions through others perceptions
• Though having psychic powers, Willow cannot perceive spirits (as well as unable to communicate with them). This is a skill that is fairly easy to grasp for most Kitsune, hence the shame he often feels for being unable to do so. He often hopes that his prowess in all other magic abilities makes up for this...
