An established member of the community, though not that well liked by many. Their silent demeanor and general acceptance in protecting criminals leads to many thinking ill of the cambion, though Refuge doesn’t appear to care much.

Though quiet, they aren’t cruel or cold: they are more than willing to offer basic help when needed, but it’s rare they go out of their way to do what they haven’t been asked to. They are softer on the younger clients of their establishment (though that softness isn’t always apparent, what with their ominous silence…), and harsh on anyone else when the situation calls for it. They take pride in their work and establishment, and won’t tolerate any chaos.

Refuge was once an adventurer of some renown, though due to the lonesome nature of their adventures many of their feats are clouded in mystery. Refuge themself doesn't talk a lot, much less to brag about their past, and thus what is true about them and their abilities and what isn't is hard to confirm, as those who witnessed their deeds are in far away lands.
