General Rules

o1. Payment must be in USD ONLY unless stated otherwise.

o2. I may do holds, but only for 24 hours. Past adopt buyers gets 2-3 days of hold.

o3. Please do not remove my signature/watermark.

o4. Please credit me when re-posting in DA or on any other site, at least once per site.

o5. You will receive a larger ver of the adopt only after I've received your payment.

o6. Please do not resell, trade, or gift the adopt without noting me first. Also, do not resell them for more than it's worth.

    ✿ If they have any extra arts, please ask for the original artist's permission first before including them.

    ✿ Art trades and gifts are not allowed to be 'resell' together with the adopt. You may have to discuss with both original artist and future buyer about it, but do not use any free arts you receive for profit.

o7. You are not allowed to resell an adopt that you received from trades or gift. It's best so we can all avoid scams and all.

o8. You can give them any alternate outfit, but please do not throw away or remove the original design permanently.

Closed Species Rules

o1. All the general rules above applies to this rule too.

o2. You are not allowed to resell, trade, or gift a SugarDream/SpiceMare/ScenTune without noting me first. This applies to all closed species adopts you've gotten from me or Rii, trade, resells, and/or gifts.

o3. You are not allowed to change the design of the adopt until it differs from the original. A few tweaks are okay.

    ✿ Colour change for the SugarDreams/SpiceMares are allowed but please note me before or after the edit.
    ✿ For ScenTune, you are not allowed to change their colour palette since their colours are based on their scents. If you still wish for a change, please note me or whoever who designed the adopt.

    ✿ If you wish for a full-colour change, we can discuss it via note, but some extra charges may apply. 

    ✿ If an adopt has a 'no changes allowed' rule written in the description then I won't be making/accepting any changes on it.

o4. You are not allowed to create your own SugarDream/SpiceMare/ScenTune, by making them having a child or so. You can only create them via MYO event.

o6. Please do not kill the SugarDream/SpiceMare/ScenTune that you have adopted.

o7. Pairings with other species are okay. However, note from where each species's world they belong to. Please make a story about it to fit with their lore.

o8. It is advisable to not commission/request/etc the people in my blacklist to draw any of my species and adopt (even collabs) that you have gotten from me or Rii.

o9. You are not allowed to share any private info, links, etc on my species and collab species with Rii, to my blacklist or anyone else except yourself or those who currently owns an adopt of the species.

Blacklist Rules

o1. Continuously breaking the rules may and will get you blacklisted. You will be given two warnings before you're blacklisted. I may or may not remove you someday.

o2. I will not be making any transactions with those who are on my blacklist. This includes art trades, gifts, etc.

o3. Those who are in my blacklist will not be allowed to buy an adopt directly from me, through resells, trades, or gifts.
