Dexter

There was a time where most regarded Rotom as being nothing more than pests. It's not shocking, given the fact they are notrious for entering and controling appliances for the purpose of causing a mischief. However, it wasn't until the recent years that Alola and Galar introduced the concept of Rotom being useful in regards to assisting those in need. For Alola, they introduced this in the form of Rotom Pokédex. There are very few within the region as the concept is new within the region. However, in Galar, the region took advantage of the abilities of Rotom. From things such as Drone Rotoms and Rotomi, it's rare to see a town without at least some working Rotom in sight. However, one of the common forms Rotom are seen in are in the form of the Rotom Phone (RotoPhone). A example of this device is Dexter. Often smiling away, Dexter is a kindhearted Rotom that has his moments where he can be a bit mischievous to his owner. The Pokemon has no interest in fighting and prefers to use electronic to perform whatever mundane tasks they are meant to be used for. For him, all he cares about is pleasing his owner in whatever way he can.
