-You can change anything you want once bought. BUT DO NOT edit my art.
-Do not make closed species out of my one off designs. Any species I draw/create is free use for anyone else to make. I do not mind if you wanna take up your own lore view of the species though! Just so long as you understand my species are free and open use !
-Don't claim you made my design. Yes if it says its designed by me even if on someone else base its designed by me I'm very careful about what designs are and aren't by me in my design tab. you can ask if your unsure but It likely is by me.
-You can re-sale for however much you want idc. Try to be reasonable though if you only paid $30 why re-sell for like 100+ if it has no extra art. Feel free to to make fursuit premades outta my desings. I do not mind your getting paid for your time to turn my creations into real things .
-You do not get to tell people who can and who cannot buy my designs. (i.e if you buy a design sell it to someone else you don't get to tell them that they cant re-sale to -username here-. Once you sell them you revoke all ownership of that design. You can ask that the person you've sold them too contact you before reselling but you do not get to dictate who they do and do not go to unless you own them.
-if you get a design in a trade a personally don't care if you resell. -if you back charge me you forfeit all rights to the design and they will be re-sold. 

Any personal drama outside of this TOS ain't my business. If it doesn't go against this ToS that's between you and whoever your dealing with.
I'm pretty chill on rules just don't use my designs for gross shit like NFTS and we're chill.
