Delta

Delta is Ray's twin, the biological child of Lexi (a Team Magma grunt) and Rin (a Team Aqua grunt), and is raised by Archie, Courtney, Matt, Maxie, Shelly, and Tabitha. Rin abandoned Lexi when she was pregnant, and when she went to her former leader for help, she found Maxie living with the other five Aqua/Magma admins & leaders. They agreed to help her raise her children, and while Lexi is still part of her children's lives and loves them very much, she lives separately from them.

Delta lives in the Frozed region. They are the more outgoing and rambunctious of the twins, and they often get into trouble.
