Meiko was a sickly little thing throughout her childhood. She spent more time in the hospital than at home, and with her delicate condition, school was out of the question. Her health slowly deteriorated, and doctors began to say she had very little time left. Meiko started to lose hope of ever getting better until a creature came to her in her dreams.
