Alternatively: which of my favourite characters do I/ have I yelled loudly/ frequently/ obnoxiously enough that even if you're unfamiliar with the character, if you see them you can confidently point at them and say "this is the character that avi likes"
I'm pretty open and loud about my favourite characters and how much I love them (i love posting about things i like/ things that make me happy), and sometimes I can't help but wonder if i've been loud/ obnoxious enough about a specific character that people just kind of associate said character with me. it's fun to think about, hence why i'm making this poll :D

Jade Leech (Twisted Wonderland) I've posted a lot of self-ship art with him, and I've used him a few times in my live previews of codes (ex. Interactively Snoop on Msgs, Instagram [Desktop], Videos Showcase, Twisted Wonderland Vignettes, etc.) |

Mikazuki Munechika (Touken Ranbu) A bit more recent in terms of how much I've been yelling about him, but I do have him as my current icon and have had him as such for a while, so. |

Much, much more recent in terms of me brainrotting over him. I haven't posted a lot about him (I think) but I've been posting his name more recently. Because of how recent he is in terms of me brainrotting over him, I'd honestly be surprised if people chose him. |

So apparently pings don't work on bulletins? I've been here since 2015, and I could have sworn pinging on bulletins used to work before? Was this something that changed at some point, or am I completely misremembering things and that pings never actually did work on bulletins? This is bothering me for some reason, and I need somebody to confirm to me if my memory really is just that bad lol

Some backstory and general rambling: when I was in elementary, I had a friend who was into Prince of Tennis, and I first heard about 2.5D musicals (i.e. anime musicals) from her (the TeniMyu, in particular) and thought the idea of it sounded cool. Then by some stroke of luck(?), I managed to find the videos and subs for BuriMyu and loved it (I was into Bleach at the time, so that makes sense, haha). Years later, when I got into Touken Ranbu, I found a subbed video of the Trial Performance and was super excited because holy fuck, Touken Ranbu has a musical?!
Anyways, fast forward again, and I forget about the existence of Touken Ranbu (and 2.5D) for a while before getting back into tkrb and belatedly discovering that there are now 20+ musicals/ performances (not including the stage plays which are a completely different/ separate thing, but I haven't watched any of them yet).
Me, realizing that there are now several musicals to date: WHEN TF DID THAT HAPPEN???? HELLO??????
So now I'm currently catching up on the musicals, having started with Atsukashiyama Ibun and all the way up to Tsuwamono Domo ga Yume no Ato. I eventually plan to watch Shiken Ranbu Sai 2017 and all the other musicals eventually (I'm especially excited to watch Shizuka no Umi no Paraiso because my favourite character (that isn't Mikazuki), Matsui Gou, appears in it, and I think his actor (Sasamori Hiroki) is also really pretty as him so 👉👈)

Yeah, I'm definitely brainrotting over Matsui right now. I need content of him and my self-insert so bad. I really need to finish drawing up my OC's saniwa reference and writing up her self-ship info with Matsui asap because I want to ask for trades of them so, so bad. I'm gonna go feral if I don't.

Anyways, so I'm back into TouMyu (and 2.5D in general; I found the BnHA Stage Play and plan on watching that, and I'm trying to think of other anime that I enjoy/ enjoyed that I would love to watch a 2.5D of), and idk, I just felt like sharing my love for it. Or more specifically, sharing some of my favourite songs from it.
I would yell about the musicals in general, but I already do that on my personal Touken Ranbu thread (in particular, here are my posts for Bakumatsu Tenroden, Itsukushima Jinja, Shinken Ranbu Sai 2016, Mihotose no Komoriuta, Kashuu Tanki Shutsujin 2017, and Tsuwamono Domo ga Yume no Ato if anybody's curious enough to know what I thought about them (or maybe you just like reading me yell about things I like lol))
I'm sharing the videos of either the official music video or the actual performance because I really liked the performances and wanted to share them!!
Mitsumete Kureru Nara
I really like Sato Ryuji (I knew of him prior to TouMyu from my friend and her interest in TeniMyu), and aaaaaaaahhhh, I really like how he performed in this! Most of (if not all) the shots here are from Kashuu Tanki Shutsujin 2017, and I remember this song in particular being one of my favourite performances out of the whole show. I really like his outfit here, and I just find the song super catchy overall.
Towazu Gatari
I spoiled myself on this song!!! I haven't watched Tokyo Kokoro Oboe yet, but I ended up watching the music video anyways, and I fell in love with this song immediately. It's so gorgeous, and the music video itself is also really beautiful. It's so nice, and it's really raised my expectations for when I watch this particular musical. Probably my most favourite ballad(? idk music genres, i'm sorry) song of the entire franchise so far.
Zanzou
I had this song on repeat for the longest time. Another song that I spoiled myself on bc I haven't watched Tsurumaru Kuninaga Ookurikara Souki Shutsujin yet, but it had Tsurumaru, and I couldn't resist. HIS OUTFIT LOOKS GORGEOUS!! I actually don't have much to say about the song except it's really catchy asdfhjkl;
Kemono
[Studio recorded version] Kemono is one of my more favourite songs, and I've enjoyed the different variations of performances of it, but I really liked Higekiri's and Hizamaru's version of it in ~SOGA~. But I think I'm just biased towards the actors' voices LOL. And maybe I enjoyed the lights accessory during the instrumental part more than the other versions (red rope in Atsukashiyama Ibun and fans in Bakumatsu Tenroden)
Mahoroba ni
[Studio recorded version] This version is actually from a musical I haven't watched yet (since I can't find a video of the Itsukushima Jinja performance on YT), but I actually like this version a lot. ALSO, MATSUI IS IN HERE AND HAS A SHORT FOCUS SHOT, YEAAAAAA!!!!!! Idk what it is about this song; it's just so beautiful, I can't stop listening to it.
Mistake
[Studio recorded version (Atsukashiyama Ibun ver)] Again, this version is from a musical I haven't watched yet, but I prefer this version a lot if only bc there are more swords, and all of the actors have much more experience and are more familiar with performing this song. ALSO, MATSSSUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!! I'll admit, I wasn't particularly fond of the song the first time I heard it, but it's since grown on me. It's become an earworm, and it plays in my head every now and then.
I swear I had more songs I wanted to share, but I'm kind of drawing a blank/ getting tired. Maybe I'll post another bulletin with more TouMyu songs :'D I actually have no idea if anybody would read this bulletin this far, but if you have, I'll leave you off with one of my favourite photos of Sasamori Hiroki as Matsui:
