Oh, the magician-cultist alligator! She was fun! Elec enjoyed the talk, and the lil magic show, and Lia was fun to draw, too! She hopes she liked the sketch! It was also.. as nice as it was bizarre to hear that Elec's apparently considered their god's friend. Though she didn't have enough courage to straight up ask if they really, ACTUALLY consider him a god. Maybe in the future..!
Having a relationship was scary enough. Having an ex is even scarier. Having an ex who is just better than you in every way, more attractive, more successful, cuter, smarter, and doesn't need you in the slightest and will never think about you again is... the worst. Lia was the first proper relationship Rag had for the longest time, and it was nice to feel wanted, and feel loved, and special, regardless of your flaws.
But as time went on, that feeling felt less and less, and her eyes told Rag that she was bored. Unimpressed. She could find better. And the paranoia set in, and Rag felt like Lia had found better, but didn't want to say that because she was overly fragile.
She hates to say it, but every day she thinks about Lia, and every day she wonders what she could have done to feel good enough for her, and by extension, for anyone. Rag hasn't been with anyone since then, and she lies awake at night wondering how many people Lia has been with since they broke apart. It haunts her.
Ha! Ahahaha! HAAA wow, this one. Corny. Threshinator. Like. Geez, okay, calm down! You know you're stretching for it when your most defining feature is how LOUD you can yell! But hey, Corny here is a great time, a real laugh! Baf's bored? Well, he goes straight to his playmate to catch up on what antics they've fumbled through. He could write a BOOK on this one! Never a dull day with this one around, lemme tell you!
They're loud, have a sense of self-importance, and cling desperately to a title which they no longer hold. It's pathetic, and Baf finds that hilarious. The world's changed, always changes, and demon lords are a fading fear. Thresh is still thinking that he's something of worth, and ohHOOO boy, Baf is gonna LOVE watching his downfall. He'll need to bring... popcorn. Video camera. Top ten demonic prank videos.
Baf plays the long game, and he's happy to wait hundreds of years just to see Thresh get his kick up his arse!
...It's hard to believe this screeching feline was a demon lord. And still proclaims to be. Parabit can't tell if they're a good or bad influence on his Lordship. On one hand, lingering around another demon lord and seeing their feeble state could convince him to conquer that desert of the Seven Seals. A boost of morale. On the other, the way they act together is... insulting. Demeaning. A joke. They are not lords, even if he knows his Lordship still is. He cannot interfere, but Parabit will stay on the sidelines. And judge Threshnekor with a violent gaze until they prove their status as Lord. Or Lordess. Lady.
If only they weren't so loud. Parabit hates loud noises.
Woah, woah, chill out lady! Like, seriously! Okay, okay, everyone gets it, you're like, Lord of the seal people or whatever! But ever heard of stranger danger? Like, Igsma ain't going nowhere with someone they don't know!
Sorry ma'am, but no thank you! Nifty li'l eye-trick though. Igsma is sure if they'd shown that one to Eer, he'd've been aaaall over her!
SERVE MEEE!
Okay. So. Some people dig crazy chicks - Mav gets that. Unfortunately, heee's not in that same boat. And when one is so... forward and obvious... aaand loud. Yeah, no, sorry, he doesn't want any of that.
Also all this talk of 'serving' and all that kind of thing? Major turn-off. Like, good look and all but they just ain't Mav's type.
YOU WILL FALL TO MY CHARMS INSOLENT WOOORM!
Sam's other mum is.
Uh.
Weird?
Merlyn makes JC... kiiinda uncomfortable. It's like they're just... watching. Judging.
Why are Sam's mums so judgy?
Okay, woah, woah, NOT COOL old lady! With Sam being so cool and chill, JC presumed their mum would also be, but WOW this lady is decidedly UNchill.
Okaaay, so JC may have took part in some... QUESTIONABLE things in the past, but really now, you gonna focus on that? JC isn't focused on that. She's over that, she's super passed it. Why can't YOU be?
Aaah, yes, the young rabbit woman from the 'Demon Armadillo in the Library' incident. Sweet - in that salty sorta way. She came off quite stand-offish at first. The sort of... archetypical 'snooty librarian' sort, which seemed rather fitting to their location. Of course, 'neath that rough exterior, Raphael is sure lies the heart of a much looser young lady. Letting her hair down, dirty dancing, that sort of thing.
And he would be a liar if he were to claim that the idea of breaking that exterior didn't entertain him. He HAD after all, already seemingly managed to fluster her - it was kind of cute. He could perhaps do with more demon attacks - see what he can REALLY do to impress her.
Cocoa.... has weird complex feelings about Raph. On one hand he has weird powers and she's just.. weirded out and hesitant about things like that- he can literally multiply himself and it's weird and creepy and Cocoa isnt //used// to this kind of weird display of power, but on the other hand he saved her life. He is the single reason why she isn't dead and the cafe wasn't handed down to Croissant. She.. really appreciates what he did, and though she didn't have a chance to thank him properly, she wishes she could see him again if only to actually //talk// to him, and maybe.. get used to the weird happenings in Mobius.
Aaaah, her... Whilst at first they seemed like they COULD be fun, Raph inevitably concluded that she's really not his type. The whole knowledge obsession stretched right past 'boring' and straight into 'weird'. And not the 'ooh exotic' kind of weird. Whilst getting under her skin for a little while might be fun, he really couldn't imagine being able to stand any extended contact with her.
Not only that but, wow, rude? He's there kicking ass, protecting her precious library, and then she just throws him under the bus with the other demon as someone who was 'threatening the books'? Well fuck you too lady! Next time she can fight her own battles!
They were... interesting? Certainly they were full of information and explanations, and she greatly enjoyed their and the rabbit womans concept of this... fiction. In fact, she is glad to have met them because it means she now has a whole new avenue of ideas and knowledge to explore! Plus, they were instrumental in protecting the precious knowledge from that cruel individual. Over all, an ok person. Maybe next time they will have more knowledge for her.
Ugh. If the big guy wasn't bad enough, the tiny panderer didn't help matters. Whilst Baf had that air of deceptive charisma to him, which at least made him seem... easy to get on with at first? Okay it was regrettable, but-
Either way this guy seemed to just serve to do the monster's will, whilst moaning the whole time that the demon should be MORE horrible. Downright unpleasant. And incredibly irritating.
