Yup, I believe I added a small section near the top of the code with all the colors, when you code edit (WYSIWYG setting off) you should be able to highlight the color and press 'ctrl+f' to find all of that color in the code, then select the '+' symbol and paste the hex code for the new color in the second line that pops up and to the right of that click 'All' and it will replace all of the previous color with the new color
