Hi boosting an art discord that's not mine but that I'm relatively active on and think is cool. It is AggressiveFruitt's discord (they r a TH user but don't feel like tagging them for this lol).  

It is very chill and has a mix of humanoid + feral + furry artists, it is 13+ and I'd say half in half teenagers + 20 somethings who are generally active on the server atm.

Fruit works so hard on fun events and there are channels for non-art related hobbies and just memes and things as well :-). (I like to post in the fabric-arts forum a lot <3 and ofc the oc-chat channel hehe).  but also events are no pressure to join which is nice bc I am always busy and cant do them usually LOL. Cannot emphasize the chillness enough, I'm someone who gets intimidated by discord servers usually and doesn't post anything ever but not the case with fruit's server haha. there is also a monthly pallette challenge if that interests anyone!

this is all a big experiment for me, so if it goes well I may do smth similar again!

Also, while I am doing this event for fun, the main reason is to raise money for smth I gotta pay for for college;;; so that's why some of the ways for earning extra tickets r more money oriented

Auction times

The first batch of guys (5 squishy style adopts and one adopt of style 2) will be dropped on Friday 3/8

Next drop of a single adopt style 2 will be Saturday 3/16

the last adopt drop style 3 will be Saturday 3/23

The last week will be extra time for ppl to earn more tickets for the raffle if they like! Winners for the raffles will be pulled on 3/30

Prizes/Raffles

There are two raffles that will be going on here!

1)  a custom design OR fullbody flatcolor drawing of a (feral) character. (tho I may pull 2 winners for this if certain conditions are met, explained under details on raffle section).

2)  a predesigned squishy-style design, Link to Beatrice :-)

Ways to earn tickets for the squishy design (Beatrice) being raffled.

• +1 fave the character AND COMMENT on the design's profile that you're entering, I won't count it if you only fave without commenting!!!
• +4 make a bulletin about the event linking back to this bulletin to boost the event :]
• +1 draw fanart of the design and submit it to its gallery, you can do this a total of 3 times for +3 tickets. But pls do smth with some effort, not 3 scribbly uncolored headshots just for tickets and nothing else lol. If you do smth insane like a full scenery I'll give +2 tickets for a single art piece.

Ways to earn tickets for custom/oc art raffle.

(u can do any of these enter, first 2 are the easiest tho)

• +1 win an adoptable at any bid amount (this stacks if more than one adoptable is won)
• +1 win a squishy adoptable at a bid of 40 USD or more (this stacks but only for squishes. +1 for winning alone and +1 for winning a squishy at >=40 for +2 total)
• +2 win an adoptable at a bid of 100 USD or more (this stacks if more than 1 adopt is won at >=100 usd, like if u got 2 adopts for 100 usd that's +4 tickets)
• +3 win an adoptable at a bid of 150 USD or more (this stacks, but you don't also get the +2 tickets from the >=100, just the +3 tickets. so if 2 adopts at >=150 that's +6 tickets)
• +4 win an adoptable at a bid of 200 USD or more (this stacks same way as above)
• +3 highest bidder over course of event
• +2 second highest bidder over course of event

Custom design can be in any of my adopt styles I usually do! I can work with few design prompts or specific design prompts, pretty much just look at any of my designs here for what I'm good at. I can provide progress checks for these, but understand that the more prog checks the longer the finished design will take, since I'm busy in college and have chronic hand pain lmfao. The other option is a fullbody flatcolor of a feral oc (sorry I don't wanna draw anthros or humanoids lol). These will be similar in style to this, this but w/o shading, this, this. I can do a little planty background like grass/flowers/clouds/tree whatever. 

 If 600 usd or more is made through entirety of adopt bids, I will pull 2 winners instead of one. Though I already have doubts 600 will happen, if by some freak thing 1000 usd or more happens, I will pull a third winner that will get a flatcolor bust of their oc (feral, furry, or humanoid). Sorry to be so money-oriented here, but much of what originally inspired me to do this event was to help me pay for a mandatory field camp course I gotta take to graduate my geology major ;;;;;

Hi happy to report 3/3 adopt designs r done (the canine one i finished last night). I wasn't expecting so many of you to genuinely want to wait for the canine-adjacent one, glad I asked haha xD. I will likely be launching the event this Friday (3/8) with uploading all the squishes + canine-adjacent adopt that day :-) , and the remaining 2 adopts over the next two following saturdays.

So I'm ironing out parts of the event, and figuring out different ways for ppl to earn tickets (for the custom/oc fullbody drawing raffle), bc even though I am doing this event to raise money for a college course I gotta take...  I wanna have some ways for ppl to earn tickets that isn't just throwing money at me lmfao...

Here's two of the ideas I had that I'm not sure I should incorporate and want feedback. (copypasting from my wordoc of event planning things lol)

• +1 draw an adoptable you’ve won within the frame of time the event is taking place, which will be around 3-4 weeks. PLS COMMENT about this so I don’t miss it and can keep proper track. so I have 2/3  designs done for the adopt event. One is adopt 2 style other is more similar to adopt 3 style. Adopt 2 style one is an ungulate/hooved beast thing and adopt 3 style one is like a freak... bird-winged plant cat thing.  

I know a lot of my recent followers I've gotten from my more canine-adjacent adopts... which the last adopt of this bunch I'm intending to be one, but I haven't designed it yet ; o ; !! 

 my question is: should I wait to start the event with the canine design (may take me an extra week) or go ahead with the guys I have and start the event within next day or so? where canine design would be second uploaded or last depending on when I get it done...

hi remember that adoptable event i talked about a bit ago, I think I can get my stuff together with that either middle of this coming week or next weekend... possibly.... I have one more design to do..... 

anyways choose which one of the squishes will be raffled. how they will be raffled off (LATER  not now) will be fave to enter and make a bulletin for extra tickets.

I still have to write the names proper and make the watermark less obnoxious and maybe reorganize them on the page, but the designs themselves shouldn't change.

Hi once again here's another bulletin

SO my current plan for adopt event will be three adopts (all of them in style 2 (or with one of the three being style 3) and a batch of three adopts of style 1. Examples of these styles given in this bulletin. I would rlly like to have more adopts/bigger event;;; but college+chronic pain has me with limited drawing time and I can usually only pump out one adopt one drawing session (and i can only draw once a week so.... I need to design 2 guys yet.....). I'll just see how this goes first and if it goes well I may do this again but with more designs lol. 

Features/rewards planned for event:

• 1 of the 3 squishies will be for raffle. with a single ticket= 1 fave. and extra 5 tickets maybe for making a bulletin about it. I will let you guys choose which squishy goes for raffle before I officially drop the designs. 
• Making a bulletin about the event (whether for the raffled squishy or not) will get 1 ticket into a raffle for custom design OR fullbody flatcolor of chosen oc (only feral ocs sorry tho lol)
• Highest bidder overall will get 3 extra tickets for the custom/oc art, second highest bidder will get 2 extra tickets, everyone who wins an adopt will get 1 extra ticket.

 bc I realize piecing everything together from toyhouse bios and world entries and literatures is a lot of info in a lot of diff places which can get confusing LOL..... in the powerpoint I've put in all the lore I think is essential for simply understanding what's going on tbh (so i've left out a lot of fun but nonessential lore lmfao). I've also included some plot points/things that happen that I don't THINK i've talked publically about bfr? here or on instagram tbh.
