undeveloped chars

this is where i put all my characters that like... they exist but 

• they don't have art
• they may not have a developed backstory/personality/purpose
• thus I don't want their blank-profiless faces showing up amid all my ocs with art lmao. totally disrupts the aesthetic 
• I mostly have this folder just so I don't forget that these characters exist lmao
