I try and keep my CS characters restricted to the lore of their worlds, and since there's so many different worlds, I just figured if they go in here, it's understood that they canonically follow whatever story/worldbuilding is laid out by the species' respective owners! if not, though, there is usually some sort of explanation on the character of why they don't follow lore.
