Wishlist/preferences list

※ Obviously this list isn't concrete, there's bound to be things unlisted here that I like/dislike

※ Original code by @avicode, I just chopped off most of the colours so it's easier for me to list + read

If you're considering on tailoring your offering - I tend to story all my characters, so I usually buy to fit them into universes or make new ones. It's very rare that I purchase on the grounds of "it sits in my gallery because it looks cool" since it's harder to come up with single-character-only stories for me but of course like with everything else I make exceptions time to time :-P In other words: I'm less likely to buy a character for the sake of having a design from that specific person.

FYI they're not autoaccepts, but they have consistently produced designs where I'm like, oh, I'd like that! So take this as a thematic guideline but I just love their work regardless

I'm not super active in CS communities anymore due to the paywall aspect & general loss of interest, though some designs I really like for the fact that they're CS, if that makes any sense. Others I'd likely disregard the lore or void it if the lore is central.

I have nothing against them! But it's rare that I would consider designs with such aspects

Generally picky:

※ NSFW/lewd designs. Autodecline on race fetishisation (e.g. exotic dancer type stuff) or male gaze boobs-that-defy-gravity anime designs.
※ Sweet lolita, decora kei, pop kei, "kawaii" fashion. Any fashion that has a huge amount of hairclips or Sanrio-reminiscent. You get the idea
※ Cottagecore/garden/farmer-themed, unless it's mixed in with fantasy and very visible in the design (like Rune Factory, for example)
※ Astral, star, galaxy, constellation themed
※ Nun/priest-themed designs. They are cool but I don't know where to put them </3
※ Gradient horns
※ Characters with yellow as main color/accent of design
※ Facial hair. Just never drew them
※ Techwear/e-boy/streetwear/hypebeast
※ Neon colors
※ Flowers, unless they're exotic-looking? Like spider lillies
※ Y2k fashion with neon colors. I love y2k! Just prefer the chic/"nu metal girlfriend" style
※ Emo/scene and adjacent

And in extremely rare exceptions:

※ Characters with goo/slime
※ Characters with tentacles
※ "Moe anime" designs
※ Big teeth/tusks (unless feral/creature)
※ Decora kei. articularly the 100 hairclips on hair designs, just not my thing)
※ Heart garters. For some reason very specifically heart garters.
※ Tongue is huge, colored, or important to the design somehow
※ Merfolk (general fish parts is fine, it's just the tail aspect)
※ Unnatural skin colors
※ Norse mythology-inspired
※ Very specific Germanic folklore creatures like dwarves, orcs, trolls. The rest are fine, especially more feminine beings like nymphs or pixies

do not offer

No thanks, just not for me:

※ Pastel goth and "nu goth"
※ Cutesy serial killers/yanderes who "look sweet and unassuming but (insert mortality-related crime here)"
※ Cyclops/single-eyed, multiple eyes (the Mignyan CS is an exception)
※ Traumacore, menhera
※ Food/object-ear or food/object-based CS
※ Self-harm scars of any form
※ Military outfits, fantasy or IRL
※ Objectheads (robots/cyborg are fine)
※ Mouth body horror

Autoreject on personal moral:

※ Anything with bigoted/harmful message, aspect or representation
※ Designs referred to as shota, loli; or if the designer mentions consuming related content regardless of reason. No exceptions
※ Designs referred to as trap, femboy; and/or the designer using the word while being TME. Other than the latter there are no exceptions

On another note, I prefer that you do not offer characters with scars from gender affirming surgery or designs whose transgender identity or sexual preference is "baked-in". Even if original artist TOS allows it, I would prefer not to change them.

I very much prefer that I receive a design without and add such aspects in a redesign, myself. Shaping the character's identity in its entireity is something I prefer to do and I do not want to disrespect the original designer's wishes. Please don't misinterpret this as me disliking such designs! All my characters have various identities - I simply prefer to home designs in manner where I can decide their identities personally, as well as not disrespect designer TOS as there's nothing wrong with setting that rule.

Of course, exceptions are always made, as sometimes the design's identity aligns with the story/identity that I might come up with them :-)

99% are designs by me. I really don't know what I'm looking for LOL so offer away regardless of my preferences :-P I don't mind looking through lots of pages as long as you read what I'm accepting offers for. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE THIS TAG.

Tahlor: Beherit's Last Talon

In a world where humans and demons co-exist, Tahlor: Beherit's Last Talon tells of the demon god Beherit's last reign before her final years. Tahlor is a competition held in Sosun, a world governed by demon gods, in which various races of humans and demons exist. It is a publicly acclaimed event that runs for six months, held every decade, spanning across every corner of Sosun, as a part to celebrate Sosun's god and god of all demons, Beherit.

It is said that every first full moon of spring, Beherit ascends from her place in Ferno and hides her talon in Sosun, before scattering clues throughout the land. The first who finds this talon is crowned the champion, where Beherit will grant the champion’s wish - any wish the champion has - even becoming a god...

As she retires, this year's Tahlor is the biggest of them all, to honour Beherit's reign before she chooses her successor, which has attracted all kinds of competitors from Sosun. You have decided to compete for this decade’s Tahlor. You have a wish - wealth, perhaps. Power only of your imagination. Revenge, love, a cure to an ailment… the possibilities are endless.

Welcome to the lore-packed, fantasy/adventure roleplay group Tahlor: Beherit’s Last Talon! Based off of original lore, you enter a world of human-demon co-existence, reigned over seven demon gods of the world’s natural elements. Devotion to your god is required to harness that power - perhaps you’re a demon, or a demidemon, borne of the god and can already access that power. Whether you’re human, demon or any part of these, any is welcome to Tahlor to compete!

Roleplay takes place in the toyhou.se forums, though we have a Discord as our live-chat (you must have both a Discord and a toyhou.se account to partake!) Here, a quick glance of our guide:

What’s required of me to make a character? Thank you very much for your interest! You can read all about it here. I suggest starting with the first thread (at the bottom). You can shoot your questions here, on the Discord server, or in the forums. Additionally, you must adhere to the following rules:

Participants must be 16+ of age. No exceptions. Your character can be of any race and any age.
We will not accept characters spurred by bigoted or harmful views. There’s a variety of in-lore politics and ethics you can explore, but we do not condone actual, non-fictional bigots.
Both a toyhou.se profile (and therefore account) and membership of the Discord server is required.
One character per person.
