~Henry MacArthur, disillusioned with humanity, has decided to turn himself into a Sea Beast.~
During an era of unrest in the ocean, an ancient Sea Beast is killed by sailors. In the aftermath, Henry meets Delmare, a human who lives on a secret island of Sea Beasts. The two seem to have many more things in common than they first realize. The two work to bridge the wide gap between Sea Beasts and humanity, risking many lives, including their own.
