• If you didn’t buy it, don’t use it. Only exceptions I’ve allowed are for private wallpapers or profile pictures (preferably with credit), but keep in mind that many of my art pieces are commissions or are owned by someone else.

• I am not comfortable with people tracing or heavily copying my art and claiming it as your own. I am fine with it for personal study (not posted), but if you wish to trace/copy my works and share it, please ask for permission. Credit to me and the original piece MUST be included in every post of the piece. I DO NOT allow people to trace/heavily copy my work for paid works (commissions, advertisements, etc.)

 COMMISSIONS 

• I have the right to decline or cancel and refund commissions 

• I’m generally pretty slow with drawing so owed may have a turnaround time of a couple weeks to a couple months depending on my schedule/type of commission. If you are uncomfortable with waiting more than a few of weeks + seeing me draw personal art in between it’s probably better to not commission me.

• I will provide WIPs and updates when asked, otherwise WIPs will be sent as I work on the commission. Please do not ask for updates every other day though. Commission statuses are tracked on my Trello 

• Refunds will also be provided if I have not been able to start after a week or if it’s been a while and I only have the rough sketch. Only half or partial refunds will be provided after I have started on lineart/color clean up. After I have lined and colored, I will not provide refunds

• Chargebacks/ghosting will be an immediate blacklist as I provide refunds according to my tos

 ADOPTS 

• I will allow payment plans up to a couple weeks ( longer holds can be considered for offers over 600 ) but I will require some amount of payment upfront.

• Adopt files will not be provided or transferred until the full amount has been paid

• If you need to back out for any reason, I understand but I want to be notified if you can’t finish the payment. Ghosting will result in a blacklist. Continual backing out after I accept may result in a blacklist as well however, so please only offer if you actually intend on buying

 DESIGN TOS 

• I’m uncomfortable with my designs being resold for a higher amount than bought + commissioned worth (trade worth does not carry over) so if that happens on more than one occasion you will be blacklisted. 

• I don’t mind edits to my art or redesigns, but I would prefer my TH being linked as “off site credit” rather than have the edited art be credited to my TH directly as then it’s not a design I made entirely myself 

• Using my designs to promote hateful / racist / lgbtphobic content will result in an immediate blacklist. Integrating elements in lore is a different story, but don’t use my designs as an excuse to be a terrible person 

• I DO NOT allow commercial use for my designs by default; discuss with me if you wish to
  • V-tuber avatars and game/show characters will need to pay for advertisement rights to the design
  • Selling merch of my designs will be a different commercial fee and will include advertisement rights by default. If selling merch with my art, I will require a fair % of profits to be paid to me. Merch art drawn by yourself or others will not need to pay any fees to me. Do not trace or heavily copy my art to avoid paying me please. But also don’t do that in general.

 BLACKLIST 

• Blacklisted users cannot receive any art or designs from me or receive them from anyone else

• In addition to above TOS breaks, I’m uncomfortable with people taking heavy inspiration/copying my designs. I don't care about general inspiration or color picking as long as the design itself is different enough, but sometimes it’s too close and I will block for my own comfort. Directly ripping off my ocs + art upsets me though and will be a blacklist.

• Some users may be blacklisted from personal experiences

• Users found to be intentionally helping blacklisted users circumvent my block will be blacklisted as well
