The highest-ranking Overseers, the ones who manage the COR as a whole and discuss regulation, legislation, and the future of the association. Though they technically may have jobs pertaining to discrete parts of the COR, overall they are seen as the heads of the Overseers and stalwart authorities.

Other Overseers are stored in the divisions they manage. To become one is a highly respected, coveted position, only offered if a majority of the current Overseers vote for it. They typically service whatever division they originally worked in, helping delegate tasks, ensure the Administrations' tasks are fulfilled, prioritize missions effectively, and ensure the COR as a whole is working smoothly.

The Administrators do not have Timelines and instead live and work at the COR HQ full-time.
