(So I would like to post this here and use this as a reference from now on if I sell characters in the future and people request for a hold, I will refer everyone to this bulletin.)

If anyone requests a hold for a character I own and ends up backing out at any point from the hold, you will be blacklisted from being allowed to buy characters from me ever again starting from this point forward. Therefore, if you are wanting to put a character on hold that I am selling, make sure you are absolutely certain you can buy the character before requesting the hold.

I will keep the blacklist in a separate document that others cannot see, but I will have the document and keep it updated. I have had too many people now who have seemed certain about buying characters I own and requesting long hold times and backing out, which has caused me to lose a profit from other potential buyers who could've bought the character right away, which is why I have reluctantly decided on making a blacklist now for holds.
