It is now 3 AM. 

For over a year since changing my Discord name, I've thought about moving accounts. I've been PetitexCosette since I was 11. It's been a long time on this name, but it just doesn't sit with me anymore. I still love it and will be keeping this account as my sales account, who knows maybe one day I'll switch back. But for right now, my new account is CryloRen. Alot of stuff has happened recently, from Drama, to death in my family, and my anxiety and depression as overwhelming me. So I figure this is it, now is the time to make that jump and that switch.

My parents have been kind enough to start helping me pay off the debt so we can get rid of it as fast as possible. They've also paid for the private cremation and the urn to keep with me. Thank you to anyone who has bought something from me and cared during these last few hard months. I've got a ct scan and an appointment with the neurologist next week and the week after. I have separated these as one individual was revolting enough to suggest I used the death of a loved one to "garner sympathy".

As for the PSA, my only crime is charging for art that I was under the impression Beefy considered full worth considering they wanted a $75 design for it. I should not assumed. These were not estimated like they claim. I was told by a friend their price as well as able to access their comissions link by simply logging out to avoid unblocking them. For that I do apologize as at the time I simply wanted all connections to them including the design gone. I could not look at it without the stress and anxiety. Especially since it had Beefys art attached which I was aware they don't like their art removed. I made sure to go through the proper steps after being told be a fellow user they were infact sellable, and no one was willing to trade for them something I could atleast use, to contact P-cate myself. In the conversation below.

After she confirmed it was ok to sell or trade or voucher her designs I put them up for sale using Beefys comissions prices. 

I stand by my attitude towards them. I was under stress and made sure to tell them what was going on. Literally 3 days later, not even a week after already explaining I'm under immense stress, and I had not even opened their mail contrary to what they say. They claim I left them on read and by Literally pressing a button to bump my thread I was being active. I can bump my thread well driving. I have nothing to prove I was under work stress, and don't feel the need to regardless of what that user believes people who talk to me will know it was true.

Also a detail they missed, I asked Artsy about a possible 3 way THAT DAY. Literally that day, not days after I "ghosted" them. I asked Artsy about a possible 3 way THE DAY OF consideration. Because to me it was the idea of: I like this, but it would also be cool if I got this instead. It was never a confirmed 3 way trade so i didn't bother mentioning it since if they accepted it would have taken place after I already owned The design. The message is below. It very clearly states I am under consideration and not that the design is mine but I would know soon. 

I also wasn't sure it would even happen since everytime I have tried to trade with the user for art after they approached me I believe, they are radiosilent for 2 months before I inform them I'm dropping the trade all together. I don't have the messages of this as I have purged my account of all details towards them. But I do have the sketch they sent on day 2 before they left me with a design on hold for 2 months refusing th answer messages. This is common practice with them as a friend ordered something very minor from them, and had to finally ask for a progress report after a month of hearing nothing back. So basing on my past trade experiences with them it seemed unlikely to go through to begin with.

This is not to say anything bad about the artist in question, but to explain my line of thinking based off passed experienced by both me and others. I was told by a mutual friend they are a medical student, and this takes up a vast majority of their time and thought process. I was never scammed by them, as I never send designs before receiving a preview of art, and my friend did receive her icon after prompting her. Again, just because our trades have failed does not determine their entire character. Their art is lovely and I was sad it never got finished. Simply that they put real life first as they should and I had no reason to believe this time would be any different. This can be shown from the most recent time of the 3 way as well as they opened more than a handful of messages from me for about a week maybe more, and did not answer any of them until I sent I was moving on from the character. Below is a screenshot of them admitting to their forgetfulness which is all I feel it really is. I don't believe they do it on purpose simply their mind is in other places. But even with prompting they may forget depending on their irl circumstances.

I have been offered designs that way countless times. I was under the impression this is a common toyhou.se practice. I set a deadline for myself to send payment which I admit to missing due to the same work issues I warned them about. We agreed on just the design trade instead. I was unable to send the character for 3 days to which they sent me a revolting message well I was already high strung. At that point I no longer wanted the character I just wanted Beefy gone. I sent the design, and said I accepted their apology with plans of getting rid of the design as soon as possible. Especially since at this point I had only traded it to appease Beefy and wanted nothing to do with the design anymore.

A few days later I go to check to see how they're fairing with the design I traded them only to find they kept the name I had given them. I was also under the impression it was toyhou.se common courtesy to rename the characters and redo their stories. I have traded you the design, not the character and its attributes. It is thanks to my trade with them everything including the name is wiped before even going into the trade folder. I asked them politely to please change the name as it made me uncomfortable, but said in that message I could not force them to do so I simply wanted to try. The agreed saying they understood before less than 30 minutes later replying to me again saying they don't care if it makes me uncomfortable, it's just a title and a common name they've decided they're keeping it. To which point I was very honest with them as I try not to block people without telling them. Between their own dodgey behavior of "Well I care" to "Fuck you!" Hot and cold attitude on BOTH occasions I found them to be toxic to my health and could not handle them. So I explained my reasoning then blocked them from contacting me. 

Rather than confronting me on my mistake, they decided in a psa for me doing it purposefully and attempting to scam. So I issued the full chargeback, not the partial the user had asked for, and had the character returned to me. All of this happened within 2 or 3 hours of me being alerted of the chargeback. I didn't hide, I didnt make excuses why I couldnt pay even though Im in an emergency State, I gave them the full amount and took back what they bought. I selected full refund with item returned, helped the user figure out the "shipping" portion, then contacted PayPal myself that day to get the case closed immedietly. Again there were no excuses. I made a mistake and I handled it.

All in all I am sorry for making an assumption on the arts worth based off their comissions page and the character they asked for and should not have attempted to price art of a blocked user. For that I apologize and it will not happen again.

I would also like to point out after seeing the personal bulletin PSA that Beefys last point is not only false but blatant slander and a lie. ALL of my CS are official and accepted by creators. I made a journal a few months ago I would most likely be leaving dainties do to Drama. They took an out of context post and ran wild with it. I do stand by what I said. Dainties does not own hooved kemonomimis and their defining trait is stocking skin much like Gleamistics defining  trait is their interchangeable lightbulb legs. What they fail to realize is I never left dainties fully. They claim my only dainty left Vivi is now simply a saytur who kept dainty traits which isn't true, she's still an official dainty and always has been.

Once I had calmed down I had decided instead of paying to have the stockings removed from all of them or to give them human feet I would trade all of the ones I had besides Vivi to new owners to distance myself from the group. Again. She was never removed.

At this point it is obvious Beefy does not care what facts exist and will simply use anything to garner attention to their "Cause" to the point of Slander. Please educate yourself before taking any of their words to heart.

I'm also going to update this with the definition of Slander since Beefy seems to be confused what Slander is. Slander does not require you to state your opinion.

Regardless of them being blocked they chose to believe in a rumor with no facts behind it and an out of context conversation that never stated the breaking of a TOS yet posted the information regardless without caring about any kind of facts.

Itty bitty has passed away. Fluid began to fill his lungs and began to make him suffer. I made the call, the vet was nice enough to do it in our home so he didn't have to leave. I have spent the last 3 hours sleeping.

I will not be fast with replies. I will selectively reply based on what I can handle. I will bump my thread, but will not be active. If you do not like that, I do not care. Cancel our trade, no adopt is worth that much to me. Send me a reminder message if it's open and I haven't replied in 3 days.

So I woke up this morning and apparently pinched a nerve between my neck and shoulder in my sleep. I couldn't even turn on my bedroom light without screaming as I reached up for the pull chain. Getting dressed took forever. When I finally got fully dressed I went downstairs to find my older cat crying and stiff. He is an epileptic but also has an infection which at his age could be lethal. I couldn't tell if he had seized and was just coming out of it or something far worse. Luckily it was a seizure. I left him with my sister who is a vet tech and went to work. And tomorrow is the anniversary of the day my best friends 16 year old brother committed suicide. That moment was very life changing for me as someone who wasn't really dealing with their depression. To see a kid I watched grow up die. My own suicidal thoughts have been very heavy lately. Not the idea of hurting myself but just the need to end it all and no longer exist. I also found out my ex best friend finally removed me off fb, we got into a fight over her making very destructive life choices and lieing to me back in September and we haven't talked since. My fiance and therapist said she'd come around. Obviously she did not. So I deleted her number finally. I'm in a very, very bad place right now. Thank you to everyone who has helped me.

Ive only ever had one emergency whwre I asked for sales the entirety of my time on toyhou.se. I dont like sharing my private life beyond vague ideas of my problems but I need help. So my cat has an infection in his right canine. It's really nasty and basically due to his advanced age if he doesn't pass it by the end of the week he will need to be put down. I dont want that. He's already on medication, and he seems to be feeling better. But anyone who knows dental work on pets...its expensive...to pull a tooth? A fortune. I'm now stuck with an $800 Bill. If he goes, that's just a constant reminder of him looming over me that he's gone. I'd like to get as much of it paid off as possible. I have one item on here I said I'd buy before this all happened that I do have the money for. The rest will be going to this bill. I am already at a dangerous point of depression. I'm not sure what will happen when he goes. He is one of the only true family members I have.

I have cleaned up my favorites to be a better representative to what I like. Sorry to anyone who may have gone down one favorite but it'll help me trade better if I don't have designs Im uninterested in as examples of my likes!

Ok so I've had a few people ask me "Cosette, why won't you let people keep the names you give characters you're trading?"  Well it makes me uncomfortable for 3 reasons.

Reason 1) I often times reuse names. Like a lot. I always pick names that resonate with me, so just because the character role is no longer needed or in use doesn't mean I don't resonate with the name any longer. 75% of the time the name will be reused for a role I am using. Almost all my characters have first and last names, some even have middle names. So we'll there may be 300 "Alistair"s on toyhou.se there will likely only be one "Alistair Ridley Moore" and that is mine. It makes my character unique and identifiable.

Reason 2) I am trading you a design, not a piece of my story. By taking the name you're essentially taking one of my ideas for your own, almost always, without asking me. If I decided to take your characters personality, their likes and dislikes, or their history you'd be rather upset. I've stolen a piece of your story. The same goes with my name's. I don't, and will never trade my stories, just the cosmetic casing of a character.

Reason 3) Seeing someone use my name with the same design I had on it with a different personality feels like you've just OOCed and created a crack AU of my character. I don't care if you think that's stupid that's how it feels to me. 

So please. Do not keep my names, my personalities, biographies, or anything non design related for my ocs. You can ask if you can keep them but 8/10 times I will say no.
