It's August 17th, 1999 in the woods of Colorado. Pine Ridge Valley is a sleepaway summer camp that's saying good bye to their campers. The camp hasn't fully cleared though.

At its peak, there are 10 camp counselors, 100 campers, a nurse and the supervisor. Here at the end of the season? Five lucky counselors got put on clean up duty and stay back. Each counselor has a lead child that's their helper, enrolled into a leadership program, who also stay back to help.

The woods are vast, and can hide anything.
